He has an undergraduate degree in Finance, and obtained his law degree from Texas Wesleyan University. Rusty has been in the real estate industry as a Real Estate professional for 27 years, and has been involved in all aspects of a real estate transaction, including sales, marketing, legal, and closing escrow. He has been in the title insurance industry for over 20 years. When closing a real estate transaction, Rusty’s focus is on the client and their customer with a dedication to serving their needs. Utilizing his legal skills allows him to be proactive in providing solutions to title related issues. In addition, his marketing and sales experience shows in his total commitment to customer service. His complete knowledge of the closing process reassures all parties involved that their closing is in good hands. In his spare time, he enjoys watching all types of sports, especially college football. He has two daughters that have graduated college and a son in college. Such a busy schedule does not leave much time for golf, but occasionally he likes to hit the links. |

Joy has been working as a paralegal for 13 years and has been in the title business for 12 years. She is a loyal and dedicated title professional that works hard to meet all the client’s needs. In her spare time, she enjoys playing pickleball with her friends, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband. Joy is blessed with two wonderful adult stepchildren. |
