Russell 'Rusty' D. Reid | Attorney
Rusty is a native Texan and grew up in Irving where he attended MacArthur High School. He has an undergraduate degree in Finance, and obtained his law degree from Texas Wesleyan University. Rusty has been in the real estate industry as a Real Estate professional for 27 years, and has been involved in all aspects of a real estate transaction, including sales, marketing, legal, and closing escrow. He has been in the title insurance industry for over 20 years.

When closing a real estate transaction, Rusty’s focus is on the client and their customer with a dedication to serving their needs. Utilizing his legal skills allows him to be proactive in providing solutions to title related issues. In addition, his marketing and sales experience shows in his total commitment to customer service. His complete knowledge of the closing process reassures all parties involved that their closing is in good hands.

In his spare time, he enjoys watching all types of sports, especially college football. He has two daughters that have graduated college and a son in high school that plays football and baseball, which keeps him busy watching those games. Such a busy schedule does not leave much time for golf, but occasionally he likes to hit the links.

Sarah Dunn | Escrow Assistant
I was born in Denton County, TX.  I have lived in both Orlando, FL as well as Porterville, MS.  While living in Florida I was part of a competitive jump rope team.  With that I was able to participate in the 2005 AAU jump rope Junior Olympic Games and did multiple demonstrations for Jump Rope for Heart.

While in Mississippi I graduated from Kemper Academy and learned the art of welding from the local community college.  I have been in the title industry for 4 years now and I have had the privilege of starting at the bottom and working my way through all aspects of the process in order to better serve our community.

Just recently married in November 2019; I have a son, 20 and a daughter, 16.  In my spare time I enjoy quilting, sewing or attempting upholstery.  I also enjoy working with my husband to refinish furniture in our spare time.
